Twitter Inc (TWTR) Shares are Up Amid Apple’s (AAPL) Shutdown of Topsy Service

That is exactly what Apple has done, although the company surely will continue to use the technology and perhaps maintain its employees. It just isn’t known exactly what the plans for the Topsy service are.
