Twitter Inc (TWTR) Shares Hit New All Time Low, Down 20% In Last Month


Shares of Twitter Inc (NYSE:TWTR) continue to trend downward this morning after hitting new all time lows. The stock, which had traded as high as $53 a share back in April of last year, is down over 55% since that time. In the last month alone the stock has plunged 20% as concerns over user growth, revenue, and the company’s executives continue to shed doubt in the minds of investors and traders alike.

With a market cap of just $13.58 billion, one has to wonder if perhaps the company is being eyed as an acquisition target for a larger tech firm like an Alphabet, Microsoft or even and Apple. There is little doubt that Twitter Inc’s (NYSE:TWTR) internet presence is very valuable. The problem is that they have to stop losing money, especially when compaines like Facebook have found ways to bring in major profits and user growth.
