The company also will be allowing customers to place orders for in-store pickup two hours before their stores close on Christmas Eve. While this is clearly an effort by Apple to make sure they sell as many iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches as possible before the end of the holidays, it is a nice gesture to those who usually end up waiting until the very last minute to decide on a gift for a loved one.
