In an explosive report last night by the New York Times, Donald Trump Jr. admitted to meeting a Russian attorney in order to gain access to information which could have been damaging to both Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee. This is the first admission by any Trump Campaign associate that there was at least some form of collusion with the Russians in order to help elect Donald Trump, and apparently it has caused the White House to go into panic mode.

According to Jon Cooper, the Chairman of The Democratic Coalition, a former National Finance Chair for Draft Biden 2016, and a LI Campaign Chair for President Obama, the White House is in ‘total meltdown’. Cooper, who has been in contact with a Trump staffer, tweeted the following moments ago:

“Trump staffer: Behind the scenes, the White House is in “total meltdown” over latest #TrumpRussia revelations involving @DonaldJTrumpJr.”

Cooper has posted numerous reports from those close to the White House in the past, but this latest tweet seems to show just how worried many in the Trump Administration seem to be following yesterday’s story in the New York Times. A former George W. Bush ethics lawyer, Richard Painter, discussed just how serious this report may be for the Trump Campaign.

“This was an effort to get opposition research on an opponent in an American political campaign from the Russians, who were known to be engaged in spying inside the United States,” Richard Painter said Sunday on MSNBC. “We do not get our opposition research from spies, we do not collaborate with Russian spies, unless we want to be accused of treason.”

Meanwhile President Trump has remained quiet about his son’s admission, instead using the bulk of his time today retweeting messages against James Comey, and Hillary Clinton.

Past time to impeach this fake potus and remove all of his family and GOP traitors while we are at it!

    • MiaSara

I’m so tired of getting my hopes up. He keeps getting away with things.

      • Because theres no evidence

        • Scott McCarthy

You don’t show evidence against someone before you have them in court. So, your “there’s no evidence” argument is invalid. Any evidence is in the proper hands and you’ll see it when the prosecution begins; not before.

          • I guess that explains why the muh russia narrative is dying. Then again you are the last person that should lecture anyone about having evidence when this anti-russia xenophobia collusion has no weight to it and nobody is willing to show anyone the evidence beyond regurgitating what you’re told.

          • herold106

Dying? Junior just admitted to seeking opposition intel from a Russian agent.

          • More excuses to blame forigners for the election not going your way once. Talking to kremlin officiald isn’t the same as stealing elections. I won’t be surprised if you atar balming jews for the election

          • SandyWT

Your English and writing is as bad as Trump’s–almost.

          • Grammar mistakes on the internet? Cry me a river

          • herold106

Grammar? You don’t use English well enough to convey your meaning. Learn to use your native tongue. Or are you Russian?

          • SandyWT

Yes, cry a river of tears for the witches in the White House.

          • herold106

            What does that even mean?

          • AgentOrange

You, like others that insist on defending his highness, continue to ignore the point of this issue. We cannot at this juncture prove that the implied collusion between the campaign and the Russians actually resulted in an electoral college win but we do know that the Russians influenced the election through fake news (which I am sure you attribute to bona fide news agencies)

          • AgentOrange

Thank you Suzy, this a definitely a worthwhile post.

            The Agency
From a nondescript office building in St. Petersburg, Russia, an army of well-paid “trolls” has tried to wreak havoc all around the Internet — and in real-life American communities.

Just wait. Every man for themselves. They will turn against each other. You know theres no loyalty among Thieves. Wait until Muller and his team start really questioning them because now they think they’re invincible. No one and I repeat no one want the feds after them. Trump has insulted the intelligence agency and they’re going to put his ass under the jail

          • Laugh at Imbecil Dumpf

Don’t you just hate the fake FBI criminal investigation hoax into traitor Dumpf? It’s just fake news, ammirite?

          • Fake? More like a waste of taxpayer money. This investigation is only going prove nothing other than hating russia to you is an acceptable form of bigotry.

          • Laugh at Imbecil Dumpf

            You need an editor.

          • I don’t give a fuck

            That’s the spirit! (I win!)

Naughty words are a sign of low or evil intellect. Speak nicely to yourself. Everything you say can come back to you.

          • I don’t care

          • SandyWT

Yes, you do win. When you make someone mad, you have power over them–especially if they use the F-word. People don’t make you mad–you make yourself mad over things they say.

          • Laugh at Imbecil Dumpf

Thank you for your thoughtful words

          • Brian Quaint

“Fake? More like a waste of taxpayer money. This investigation is only
going prove nothing other than hating russia to you is an acceptable
            form of bigotry.”

Oh do you mean like the nearly $7 MILLION of taxpayer dollars the corrupt GOP insisted be on the TEN congressional committees?

          • By corrupt you mean being put to good use?

          • Amy Keltic

If you think (at all since I’m pretty sure you’re a bot,) our president and his team committing TREASONOUS ACTS and our men and women attempting to defend our country and our democracy by investigating those TREASONOUS ACTS is a waste of tax payer money then move! Now STFU!

          • “ANYONE THAT DISAGREES WITH ME IS A BOT” why do you cunts resort to the muh bot schtick whenever someone doesn’t believe amy of this conspiracy theories?

          • Amy Keltic

Go fuck yourself. You’re as dumb as a bag of sand and you’re defending a traitor. Moron!

          • SandyWT

Watch you language bad speaking person–or the witches in the White House will cast a spell on you. Oh wait! They already have.

          • SandyWT

You mean FAKE like the Time Magazine cover hanging in Trump’s golf clubs (where he spends so much time instead of governing)? I like the real Time cover of Trump Jr.

          • Joshua Sorenson

What evidence are you willing to accept?

          • guest

The only place it is dying is in the comments that Russia trolls and Con45 devotees are making on comment boards to try and manipulate and direct the conversation away from the obvious. Everywhere else it’s in full swing.

          • Jami Scott

How do you know? You have absolutely no idea what evidence has or has not been found. It’s not available to the public at this time.

          • I should be asking you that question.

          • Heath T.

            Wishful thinking from the Trumpsters.

          • Joshua Sorenson

Well you DO actually. It’s called Discovery.

          • chienblanc4csi

But you still need indictments and an actual trial for discovery to be an issue. Besides, evidence is never shared with the public, it is strategic at trial.

          • Lala Cameron

            A bunch of Russians

        • disqusaurus_rex

re-read the article. There’s evidence. Hence the panic.

        • Joshua Sorenson

His son just admitted to collusion. That’s what this article is about. What do you call that if not evidence?

        • Amy Keltic

Now there is and Junior posted it. HahAHahA

    • I thought obama madr it clear tou can’t rig an election

      • EZ HERO

Well, if you examine the issue carefully, with great attention to detail, you would have to come to the conclusion that, amidst this entire imbroglio, there’s only one question you need to ask yourself:

Do you feel more like you do now than when you first slithered over here to double down and confirm your stupidity?

        • What stupidity? Not agreeing with the stupid shit you spew?

          • EZ HERO

No, answering a question I put to you that makes no sense to begin with.

            You got punked.

      • Amy Keltic

The stupidity in you is strong.

    • chienblanc4csi

Don’t rush things. If the investigations lead to treason and conspiracy, a whole lot more folks besides 45 will go down. We have to give this time, as painful as it will be. Donny’s little family fiefdom has to just go away and all their patsies with them. They are monetizing the presidency by selling our democracy to Russian oligarchs, partly to pay Donny’s huge financial and political debts. There are plenty of people in the WH who know that all of this is wrong illegal and corrupt, but they don’t seem to have the courage to stand up to the ersatz king and his court. If the heat gets up high enough, we should see some of them go for immunity – which I doubt will put them on track to moving up in the administration. Not in the way a normal impeachment would. This whole administration is a virus, to use the famous Watergate term, a cancer on the presidency. The cancer – mostly due to our highly efficient technology in media and the internet – has spread a lot deeper than it did from Nixon.

      • chienblanc4csi

But . . . these predictions will be moot if the mental illness/dementia continues to accelerate at this rate. There are a lot of people trying mightily to prop him up, tell him where his car is parked, but he’s demented tyrant with a Twitter account and all the marbles. The midterm election results will be key to the country’s next moves.

  • Kurtben

Good, people who plan to responsibly preside over the country should meet with the Russians and everyone else. But the report is kinda stupid. So what?

  • you people are legitimately delusional, in all my life, I have never seen this many mainstream politicians, when faced with a total lack of evidence, continue to insist that you’ve uncovered more conspiracy, they just need to dig deeper…..  Even the Republicans botched and ineffective attempt to impeach Bill Clinton had some evidence, a forklift load of documents that pretty much proved he’d lied. Only thing was, nobody really cared.  This is not only worse, because the public likewise has long since stopped caring about the “Muh Russia Haxorz” narrative, but there is no evidence, except for the secret stuff you just KNOW he did, you can’t prove it, but you KNOW HE DONE IT< IMPEACH! IMPEACH! IMPEACH! This has been the most bizarre 8 months I've ever seen go down in US Politics, I have never seen so much naked across-the-board DENIAL from one party that they just are NOT GOING TO ACCEPT reality.

    • Barbiegirl73

Then accept the fact they are going to get rid of him, & they aren’t going to stop till they do. At the very least, he’s dangerous & out of control. At worst, he’s guilty of collusion & so much more.

      • Thanks for proving my point

        • Laugh at Imbecil Dumpf

There is no more hated man on the planet than the Orange Asshole. Except maybe his voters and defenders. Seriously, this Kremlin love you profess is sick. Putin is not your friend. You’ve chosen Russia over America and it’s treason, plain and simple.

But you claim to be a high school graduate, so I can’t give you too much credit. Stupid is as stupid does. Maybe that’s why you like Dumpf so much; you can relate. Thank god you’re useless.

          • “Most hated man on the planet” according to vocal amounts of whiny piss babies. Do you even know what have the terms you spew even mean?

          • Banu To You

The most obnoxious right wing talking heads around the world have ranted at how repugnant your Combover Caligula is as a nation’s leader as well as…..how globally & domestically destructive he is. The EU, Australia, and the US talking point mouth pieces are off their leashes and off the prescribed right wing script with very public statements discussing him. He can go home, continue to be a front for every thug who needs to hide their filthy lucre …he still has the right to be a flag pinned All American Asshole.

          • Nice regurgitation there. He’s actually loved around the world.m contrary to lib believe

          • ccyankee

            Russian troll. Ignore.

          • Amy Keltic

OMG after that last idiotic comment about Drumpf being, “loved around the world,” I’m almost positive you’re correct.

          • Laugh at Imbecil Dumpf

That’s not a complete sentence either, High School.

          • This is not a college pissing contest. That kind of shit doesn’t matter on the internet, grammar nazi.

          • Laugh at Imbecil Dumpf

Your ignorance does matter. Uninformed, uneducated and hateful is no way to go through life.

          • Oh look pot calling kettle black. Being snarky isn’t the samr as bring informed. Regurgitating what the media tells you doesn’t make you well informed

          • Amy Keltic

Oh I see, you’re completely triggered! Lmaooooo If you’re so damn sure this is nothing then calm the hell down piss ant!

    • Scott McCarthy

You have no clue about what you speak. Eight months is a very short time in terms of impeachment. Take Nixon (which its sounds like you are too young to know about) for example. The Watergate break-in occurred on 17 Jun 1972. Nixon resigned to avoid his impending impeachment on 08
Aug 1974. That’s 783 days or 2 years, 1 month, 23 days. So your 8 months pales by comparison. Sorry, things are just getting started. Mueller is doing his job and doing correctly so as not to have any doubt about the outcome.

The only ones in “so much naked across-the-board DENIAL” are the Trumpettes. You see the things he does and blow it off as “He’s not a politician.” or (hilariously) “He’s new at this.”

If you can seriously take in what Don Jr, has admitted to doing today and NOT think there is anything to this you are in a serious state of denial. He has admitted to seeking a meeting with a Russian operative who offered dirt on HRC. It doesn’t matter that ultimately it was “nonsense” as he puts it. (But, having changed the story twice in 24h kinda make you wonder if it was nonsense or if he’ll change that too later.) The fact of the matter was that HE WENT TO THE MEETING WITH THE EXPECTATION THAT HE WOULD GET DAMAGING INFORMATION ABOUT HRC FROM A RUSSIAN. Let that sink in.

    • Amy Keltic

Fucktard open your eyes! YOU “patriots,” standing by a president who colluded with an adversarial country who has been known to spy and attempt to tamper in our elections before and after Trump, are the people in denial. It’s no longer “if,” it’s now WHEN. This is reality. These are facts. You can stick your tongue out and say nanny nanny boo boo but your Cheeto Messiah is going down! Lol

      • What law, if any, do these idiots think Trump violated and how is it any different than a reporter getting “information” from a foreign source? Also thanks for validating my point with your blantant eyes wide shut conspiracy theory.

        • Amy Keltic

It’s different, Einstein, because they’re NOT “reporters.” It’s different because it’s an adversarial country and NOT a “foreign source.”
The statute in law is 52 USC 30121, 36 USC 510. In the law governing foreign contributions to U.S campaigns.

  • Laugh at Imbecil Dumpf

Three things: Dumpf Russia collusion has been proven and confirmed by Dumpf Jr. Count on prison time.
    2) Russia is not your friend, republicans. You can fellate Putin all you want, but he’s just not that into you and would prefer you dead.
    3) Both of Donald Dumpf’s parents died in dementia. Both of them. You’re going to have to come to terms with Dumpf being an imbecile.

    • Good to know you want to go to war with russia.

      • SandyWT

Something happened at the 2013 Miss Universe Pageant in Moscow that has scared the pants off of Trump. What does Putin have on Trump? Trump act like Putin is his lover or something. Russia would like to go to war with us–and Trump is Putin’s stooge. More and more information is proving that. I repeat: What does Putin have on Trump?

        • Look Forward

Aside from Trump’s “escapades” in Russia, collusion & treason

        • Lala Cameron

I believe Putin has that mofo in very compromising positions. I bet some freaky shit. Lmao I hope Putin releases it. We are doomed either way. What Trump supporters don’t understand is that he doesn’t care about them. They are garbage to him. Collateral damage. Unless you can benefit him he doesn’t care about you. It’s all about him making money and his family that’s it. Everybody else he’s just using senators Etc

      • ReverendLars

Russia is already waging war upon us, attacking our information infrastructure and meddling with our election process. Wake up.

        • Yeah lets nuke russia and start ww3.

          • ReverendLars

Have you noticed you’re the ONLY person talking about military war with Russia?

          • I was being sarcastic. I only evem mentioned military war because you people keep suggesting that russia is the enemey as if the cold war didn’t end. Kinda defeats the purpose of being tolerant to foreigners. Don’t try to have any high grounds about this.

          • ReverendLars

Well now you’re just babbling. We’re done here. Put down the game controller and pick up a book.

          • Jerry La Bathe

            See you, Comrade.

          • EZ HERO

            My guess: late teens.

            You’re not to blame.

          • Joshua Sorenson

Have you noticed that we’re in a new cold war? They’ve also been hacking our electrical grids as far back as 2010.

          • Jami Scott

So we should just accept it? Or are you saying if we don’t talk about it then it doesn’t exist?

          • guest

Wasteland is most likely one of Putin hired trolls.

The Russian troll army that helped swing the election for Trump: https://www.dailykos.com/story/2017/3/30/1648777/-The-Russian-troll-army-that-swung-the-election-for-Trump

They have been on social media since 2015.

          • I’m not evem russian, you xenophobe.

          • guest

We know this because you say so right? Surrrreeee!
I didn’t say you were Russian. I said you were one of Putin’s trolls. You don’t have to be Russian to do his dirty work. Russian trolls were in the title of the article I posted but the hired ones don’t have to be Russian. You may be one of those hired by the many social media outlets that advertise weekly online.

      • Look Forward

Where did he mention war? You seem incapable to comprehend what was wrotte5

Hacking our election was an act of war by Russia.

        • Prove?

          • Baby Skyelander

I’ll take the consensus of the U.S. intelligence community, Junior’s e-mail & the Trump admin’s amnesia about meetings w/ Russians as proof. (Sessions, Kushner, Flynn, etc.
Also, meddling in our elections is by definition an “act of war.”

“Dick Cheney lashes out at Russia for “act of war” as neocons try outreach to liberals”
In a wide-ranging foreign policy speech at a business summit in New Delhi, Cheney argued that Russian President Vladimir Putin “took his capabilities in the cyber area and used it to try to influence our election.”

As Cheney told attendees of the Economic Times’ Global Business Summit, “In some quarters, that would be considered an act of war.”. Salon website.

Almost all of the “act of war” comments are coming from alt-reich wing conservative new sources.

Trump has proven that he is Putin’s stooge. I’m embarrassed at the actions of Trump overseas. He has turned America into a 3rd world country complete with dictator and his family overseeing everything. What is Putin holding over Trump?

When we say Russians we really mean Putin (and the Oligarchs), who are using their stolen wealth and influence to undermine democracy.

  • Vladimir Trump

After his conviction, he should be forced to his knees and shot in the back of the head.

  • Disco Obama

Delusional leftards. It really has been amusing watching you all “meltdown”. Perhaps it’s time for you to leave the country. Trump is here to stay. Two terms of Trump! You’ve lost your country. Haaaaaaaaaaaa! We don’t need you regressives, leave now! Adios!
