As if President Trump’s 2 hour and 15 minute meeting with Russian President and former KGB officer, Vladimir Putin, at the G20 summit was not enough, it turns out that Trump actually had a second unofficial meeting with Putin at a G20 dinner that same night. This meeting, which took place at the dinner table, after Trump got up from his seat and sat next to the Russian President, lasted approximately 45 minutes to an hour. What’s so alarming about this second meeting is that the White House did not disclose it and the only other person involved in this discussion was a Russian translator working for the Kremlin.
Clearly one can see why many, on both the right and the left, are critical of this second meeting, especially in the midst of a major investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller, looking into the Trump campaign’s ties and possible collusion with the Russian government.
We’ve known about this meeting for a couple of days now, but new video has just surfaced from the dinner, which shows President Trump wildly gesturing towards the Russian President. While it’s really anyone’s guess as to what the gestures meant, there is no denying that the whole thing seems quite suspicious. As you can see from the clip below, provided by MSNBC, Trump first waves out to Putin before he points at the Russian President, then to himself and then back to Putin once more. After that, he shakes his fist in a side-to-side motion, almost as if he’s cheering for something. You can also see Putin nodding his head forward as if in agreement.

Whatever these gestures may have meant, one thing is for certain; Trump and Putin almost seem to be close friends instead of leaders of two nations with many conflicting interests.
